Module 7
Feeding Your Baby
This final module covers the essentials of breastfeeding, milk supply and demand, common tools and techniques, pumping, and formula options. You’ll learn how to feed your baby confidently—whether at the breast, by bottle, or through combination feeding—while understanding the emotional and physical connection this time brings.
Module 2
Connection and Mindset
Explore the power of mindset, affirmations, and pre-birth bonding. You’ll learn to create daily habits that reinforce trust in your body, strengthen your emotional connection with your baby, and build a support team that aligns with your birth values.

The Stages of Birth
Understand each stage of labor—from early waves to pushing and the birth of your baby and placenta. You’ll learn how to work with your body’s rhythm, support the natural flow of hormones, and trust the intuitive process of labor.
