I'm Dr. Abby Popp, DC, a prenatal and pediatric chiropractor, HypnoBirthing educator, and mom of four. My journey through motherhood and birth has shaped not only who I am as a woman, but also how I serve in practice. I believe birth can be calm, empowering, and deeply sacred when women are supported, educated, and trusted to follow their instincts.
